But cardiorenal physiology is what you need to understand when treating the patient with heart failure manifested by severe dyspnea several months later during your clinical rotation. For example, you have a great grasp of cardiac physiology and renal physiology separately during each respective block. Unfortunately when you need to retrieve that knowledge for real time application, likely the context you used to store is dissimilar to the situation it has to be applied.
